We have tenants abandon their units more often than we care to mention...most of the time leaving them trashed. Sometimes we are able to get something good out of it. I would say our latest score is the best yet.
Yeah...a lady left all her belongings in her trailer. We gave her over a week to come get them. Her loss=our gain...this was some saweet trashout loot that we scored. A 42 inch LCD TV...FREE!! Our viewing pleasure has just increased ten fold.

I have already used the lotion and perfume and they are quite lovely. I think we are going to take the Ped Egg back to the store and get 10 bucks for it.
